I specialize in couples counseling, performance enhancement, career counseling and counseling for individuals seeking healing from health challenges and anxiety, depression, PTSD, Bipolar, abuse, grief and loss, and spiritual crisis.

I draw from therapeutic techniques and theory I learned during my schooling including family systems, communication approaches, social learning theory, structural approaches, psychodynamic theory, and cognitive-behavioral techniques. In working with my clients I use what works for the particular client or couple I am working with. I use a balanced combination of my analytical and perceptual/intuitive abilities.

In addition to talk therapy techniques I learned in school I also employ guided imagery, dream work, breath work, and energy psychology (which involves the simultaneous use of affirmations and relaxation techniques) with my clients. By using these techniques in addition to talk therapy with my clients I am able to help them attain their goals more quickly.
